When I receive my air conditioner it barely blows out any cold air I put it down on 70° by 10:00 the room was at 98°, email after email back and forth for over a week did everything that they asked three days to in between responses I think his old ridiculous on their website it says if it's defective I want to pay to ship it back still waiting on a response very unethical this is the whole reason why I will never ever buy anything like that from them ever again and I will never ever buy anything like that online ever again if I want something like that I'll go to Lowe's or Home Depot this has been the worst experience of buying something online that I've ever gone through and when I do get a hold of somebody on the phone all they tell me is oh somebody will email you back
