I purchased online a printed personalised shirt from this company via one of their ads on Facebook. I placed my order on 06 Jan 26. I fully understood that there would be some lead time before receiving my shirt, because it was being created to my order rather than simply being picked from a stock pile. However, I was keen to know when it would arrive because I’m a regular night shift worker, and I wanted to be sure I would be awake at the time of the delivery. I emailed the customer service team on 11 Jan 26 - the representative who responded, Holly Adams, could not have been more helpful. I was told a forecast of expected delivery date, which turned out to be completely accurate! Not only that, but I was also kept informed about my order every step of the process and its transit to me as well 👌 I absolutely love the product too, it looks great, fits well & feels really comfortable too. I’ll definitely be looking good at future family events and parties 👌 I can highly recommend this company, and if I were able to upload my photos of the product I have, then I surely would. So that people can see the quality of the shirt I have had made. Thank you.
