After i had already paid they told me 3 hours to deliver. It was more like 10 hours. When i complained about the delay the were quick to offer me a refund. What i really wanted was my order within the time frame they promised which was already longer than what they advertise. On the website i believe it says under 1 hour to deliver most orders. That was not my experience. Customer service was quick to respond at first but after the 3 hours were up no one was available on the live chat which was bothersome.
