I was very nervous buying from giztop after I purchased my mi 11 and read some of the negative reviews online. But I got my phone, exactly the way it should be. Global version etc. I'll admit the customer service and communication could be better but that may be a language issue. Anyways I'm very happy and will recommend them! Ps I paid for 7-10 day shipping got my phone in 13 days 🤷
