Amazing customer service - highly recommended!
I’ve ordered several products from Magic John over the past few months, including screen protectors, phone cases and charging cables, and I’ve always been happy with my purchases. My most recent experience, however, really impressed me. I ordered a portable handheld fan, but after receiving it I realized that I had accidentally ordered the wrong version. There was absolutely no mistake on Magic John’s side — I simply selected the wrong model. What I actually wanted was the version that can also stand on a desk. I contacted customer support, explained the situation honestly and asked if there was anything they could do to help. To my surprise, they offered to send me the model I actually wanted completely free of charge. This was my mistake, not theirs, so I certainly didn’t expect this kind of solution. Customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition. I’ve already been a happy Magic John customer, but after this experience I can confidently say that I’ll be buying from them again. Excellent service and a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommended!
