I received good customer support via email to customer support. I ended up using email because I was left unattended to whilst using the chat which was unfortunate because it was an urgent matter. I couldn’t log into my subscription that I had paid for. Troubleshooting the problem thinking that it was potentially something to do with my login details at my end, uninstalling and reinstalling the app clearing caches and cookies restarting my phone, et cetera, et cetera failed to be successful in allowing me to log into my account. Eventually when I was responded to by customer service using email I was given an email address within the message that I had apparently changed my login email to. I have never seen this email address before and when putting it into the address bar as if I was going to send a message to it a photograph popped up of the person that emailed address belonged to . This wasn’t a real person shown in the image attached to the email address. It was either AI generated or a picture of a model used on such platforms as LinkedIn. Somebody within Mindvalley I’m assuming had gone to my account and changed my email address or somebody had hacked my subscription somehow and changed my email address which meant that my real email address no longer worked when logging into my account. Mindvalley said they would investigate to see how this had happened, but I’ve yet to hear anything. The support I received was good via email as they reinstated my actual email on my subscription meaning I could login and use it. It is scary to think that someone could change my personal information within my subscription without my permission or knowledge. I am waiting for an explanation as to how this could have happened.
