In March 2022, I reached out to Lisa and Amy showing them the picture of my dream dress! They answered me quickly and offered me a phone call. The first time, I spent almost 2 hours talking with Amy and explaining everything to her! With his valuable advice. She showed me the full extent of her knowledge and professionalism. She quickly understood what I wanted, communication was easy. After several exchanges, I was ready to buy my dress. I placed an order by sending a bank transfer and they started working on my dress. This one took 6 months to make! During these 6 months, I received many photos and information to reassure me. I was anxious but they really showed me that they were trustworthy. At the beginning of September, I finally received my dress!! (The delivery time took a week to France). This one was absolutely perfect! More beautiful than in my dreams. The seams are very well executed, clean, you can't even see them! It is a work of very high quality, which we only see in the great creators. My dress is well worth its price. I don't regret at all. On the other hand, do not hesitate to ask for smaller measurements, because they tend to make larger for precaution and safety. They always recommend having a seamstress next to you to do the alterations, and I recommend that too because my dress is a bit too big. If you do not plan to go through a seamstress afterwards, take smaller measurements but be sure to communicate well with Bridal Mélody! They will not be responsible if the dress does not fit you.
