Angelina was helpful, I had to make a payment for the yearly renewal fee of $169.00. I feel all we've done is pay out money just to keep these deals on vacations, and cruises which we have never used. Once they have the money, we don't hear from them until they need more. Usually, it's another deposit or renewal fee. We have not used this package yet to book a trip. The most recent quote was 719.25 per person for a cruise! I guess I could book it myself for that price. We have cruised at least 4 times, booking each cruise on our own. This package we purchased does not seem to save us anything. Would someone call us and explain what we have saved by purchasing this VIP PACKAGE? THANK YOU
