Cheap and flimsy phone case
I purchased a Bare "Naked" case for my iPhone 12 and was surprised at how thin and flimsy the case was. It was definitely light and thin as touted online but I did not expect the plastic to be so weak. After less than a week, the case literally tore at the corner when my phone fell off a chair to the kitchen vinyl floor (from about 18 inches above the floor). The plastic used in the case is similar to the plastic in a disposable ziploc storage container or the plastic inserts used in packaging. Do not waste your money on this case! ----- I appreciate your desire to make things right but I preferred to take the loss over paying even more for another case. I declined the offer because I did not want a second flimsy case and I wasn't willing to pay the additional cost for the upgraded case + shipping (for the second time).
