After clicking confirm order by mistake, paying by PayPal, I read reviews and assumed I would never get my money back. Nevertheless I emailed them and received reply saying would get full refund in 3 days, followed by another email following day confirming this. Money never left “pending “ and all correct by last night. So going on my experience…lovely customer service and swift to act on their promises. Thanks to all staff. Lorraine
