NEVER MAKE A MISTAKE OF BOOKING WITH trip.com, they ar the biggest scammers, they have cancelled our connection flight from Rome to Jeddah and are not at all willing to accommodate in any possible way and keep asking us for more and more money. We have a connection flight from Copenhagen -Rome- Jeddah and they are refusing to help in snue aya and telling us to take the flight from Copenhagen to Rome and later either take a flight with 22 hours layover in Milan however without any hotel or anything ( telling us to stay on airport for 22 hrs ) or should find on our own what we have to do from Rome . They told us clearly that we have other options we can see other options with diff airlines but our policy is not to compensate We have hotel booking - return tickets and all that’s going to waste and we Travelling with small kids as well SO PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM BOOKING FROM trip.com
