Full refund given when I asked.
I ordered an item. Within 5 minutes I realized it was an outdated model. Within 15 minutes of ordering I asked for a refund. It took 4 emails and a bit of hesitancy on their part but I received a full refund within 2 days. That's good enough. One star removed for the anxiety level incurred.
