No communication, expensive and slow
Sadly, I made an order before reading the reviews. As of their policy, I tried canceling my order THREE TIMES withing 6 hours from ordering, but I never got an answer. My order were divided into two packages. The first one arrived after a month, the second one or two weeks later. When emailing them about my order during this time, they could only provide the tracking number, which I of course already had myself. The products did match the description, although the sizing is a bit off, but you can get the same products from SheIn/Temu both a lot cheaper and faster.
