I ordered over $539 worth of products…
I ordered over $539 worth of products in December of 2025. In January I received an item worth $49.95. I immediately emailed customer service and sent them my missing items along with a picture of the one product that I did receive. There has been multiple emails back and forth without any resolution! Then last month I get an email stating my issue was resolved! NO IT HASN’T! I’m out my money and my desired products! I want my life products or a refund. They have not helped me at all! Thor company is not in the United States so the Better Business Bureau was unable to help me resolve this. I don’t recommend buying anything from this company! They took my $539 and all I got was one product worth $49.95 according to their website. BEEARE!
