No refund for 15 business working day
I’ve returned an item and it was delivered at their warehouse on the 28th July. It’s 15 business working days and still haven’t received my refund. Their policy says their return inspection takes 7-10 business day, and it’s clear this overdue. I’ve chased up on email twice but no response, yet I have emailed before returning and they were very quick to respond.
