Too much effort for a dress, but good customer service
EDIT My previous experience with JJs was not great - the dress didn't fit, and it cost me a LOT of money to send it back again. I was not aware that the dresses come from China (the domain of the JJs website I purchased from is my own country). 2 months after I sent it back to China, it arrived back at my door! It had not been opened - for some reason, it had been refused by the address. I complained to JJs that I was now out of pocket twice - once for the purchase price, and once for the extortionate shipping costs. In complete fairness to JJs, upon providing the shipping receipts, they refunded me the full purchase amount + shipping fees. So, although my experience with JJs was unfortunate, I have to admit that the customer service was excellent. I am grateful that I'm not out of pocket.
