Problem fixed, items shipped promptly
Final Update 4/5/2021- items arrived as expected in good condition and well packaged 6 days after my initial post. Dale took care of the problem personally and gave it utmost importance and urgency in a most professional fashion to correct the mishap. Thank you Dale!!! Update-Dale contacted me within an hour of this post promising to make it right, promising that I will receive the chair upholstery by early next week. I hope to come back and edit this review accordingly! Horrible horrible horrible. Charged my credit card and have never sent the product. I needed upholstery for dental chairs I needed them desperately. Dale promised me that they will be shipped out within two weeks. I paid $2500.00 in mid January 2021, since then it has been one excuse after the other. Now it has been 10 weeks and nothing, not even an update I requested a refund so I can order from another company and have received no reply, now I have to waste time disputing the charge on the credit card. Very disappointed, this is highly unprofessional and outright theft!!! I hope Dale does the right thing to regain some integrity to his business!!!
