Failed to deliver the parcel
I have never received my parcel. Now reading the reviews I wish I had done this before I've placed the order. And just like automated response to the reviews that are AI generated, so is the customer service which has no base in reality. I am appaled by the communication I've received through the email which will appear in the comment after I hit send making me start the conversation from the scratch. At least I'd prove my point. Also, can anyone answer, like anyone at all, why didn't I get an email that my parcel was delivered? And where? And to whom?
