Great Experience
This was my first time purchasing from BTS Mania. I was very happy with my purchases as I purchased the BE concept book as well as MAP OF THE SOUL 7 SPECIAL GIFT (FOR ARMY) The BE Concept book had lots of fun facts, and the photos are great! It's nice and compact so I keep it near my desk and it takes up very little space. I look at it often! Everything was packaged well, and when I saw my order was being divided into two shipments and there was a problem with one of the shipping tracking numbers - I emailed customer service and it was fixed immediately. I was VERY happy with the customer service I received. My only sadness - I was supposed to get a BTS face mask which did not arrive. I expect they ran out of the promotional option before my order was shipped. Everything else was wonderful and I will order from here again.
