Great Product But No Refund on Undelivered Item
The bobblehead looks amazing! My thanks to Joyce, who handled my order. However, I ordered a gift box with the BBH, which I never received. They said the BBH wouldn't fit and promised a refund. After 2 months and 4 emails asking for the refund, I guess I'm not getting my money back.
