Worst Company on the face of Earth
I booked flight for a trip costing me 28k to and fro for April4. I took the reschedule option for which I paid around 2K extra. When I want to cancel the airline is refunding some 10k, which is fine as I am aware of that. This company is charging 9k on the refund the airline is giving on the name of service fee and convenience fee. So I called them to reschedule the flight to Oct 24 6 months from now. They come back saying I have to pay 3k for one side to the fare difference. How can the fare in Oct be higher than now. So, I checked the Indigo website and the companies own website and the charges in Oct are lesser than what I paid, so the fare difference is zero, indeed they should pay me back. But they are asking for 6k. Best to take ticket from the airlines directly. This is a scam company.
