I ordered the case value pack/bundle…
I ordered the case value pack/bundle that came with free express shipping (3-5 working days transit). The website states that the order would be processed in 1 business day and shipped within 2-3 working days. I figured with shipping being slower than usual lately, I gave them 7 weekdays (9 days total from purchase date). After 9 days from the order date, I still had not received a shipping confirmation email, so I emailed them. I got an automated email reply saying that my issue will be addressed in 1-3 working days and not to resend the same request to avoid delays. The next day I get a shipping confirmation email that the item is shipped. I did not get any explanation or apology for the long delay. So I get the email saying it’s shipped 10 days after purchase and estimated delivery date is a week later...so item won’t arrive until 19 days after purchase date (15 working days). It may have been longer if I didn’t email asking where my order was. Ultimately, customer service is not great and there is no phone number to call and speak to an actual person. Email replies are automatic. Just don’t expect “express” shipping or actual customer service interaction. **UPDATE** After leaving my original review, customer service emailed me with a full explanation and apology for my inconvenience and reason for the delayed shipping. The company admitted that they should’ve communicated sooner in regards to the shipping delay and gave me a refund. I was not expecting any compensation, which is why I changed the review from 1 star to 4 stars. Will definitely order from this company in the future since the company addressed my concerns.
