No Refunds
I have booked through exploretirp during March of 2020 for travelling on 17th April 2020 on AirInida flight from JFK, Newyork, NY to India. Due to pandemic the airline has cancelled the trip and offered to use of this ticketed amount till end of 2021. But in October of 2020, supreme court of India has directed the Airline to refund the ticketed amounts for flights cancelled due to pandemic. But Exploretrip keeps saying they are unable to file for Refund as Airline is not allowing them to. When I reach to the AirIndia, they say that they are processing the refunds and are asking for the 3rd party through which I booked to apply for refund. I even contacted AirIndia in twitter, they are asking for the RA number for my refund request, but Exploretrip doesn't seem to have applied for refund.
