Very poor customer support/to avoid!
Very poor customer support after purchase My experience with Traveloka was extremely disappointing. After purchasing, it became almost impossible to speak with a real agent or get proper human support when I needed help. The company seems very inflexible, even with small changes caused by urgent or medical situations. Instead of trying to understand the customer’s circumstances, the process felt cold, automatic, and unhelpful. For a travel company, emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, and customers should be able to receive fast and reasonable assistance. Unfortunately, Traveloka made everything harder and more stressful. I would not recommend Traveloka to anyone who may need reliable customer support after booking.
