Purchased a city sports walking pad from decathlon and paid strong money for it in August 2025 walking pad worked well it was quite a good sturdy walking pad only the belt didn’t last 6 months before it wore through and he’s hanging on by a thread so will not use any , contacted decathlon they said not their problem so try to contact city sports several times to no avail they did say thier back office will contact me and did say they could potentially give me a belt a belt from somewhere but nobody got did contact me and the belts were a roundabout £50 and you’ve gotta get it fitted and the walking pad was only about 200 quid so what would be the point ? poor Service poor Customer Service shocking quality of belt and no backup even though the walking pad wasn’t even a year old definitely don’t have a warranty policy will never purchase another one and put me off walking pads for good
