Very well made product
Very well made. I purchased the package with the slivers, roller and inflatable pad. Also watched YouTube videos with the creator. If you follow his instruction you will do well. All components are quality made. Very fast shipping good communication from order until delivery. Fun exercise but it is a workout. I have been pretty sore but I think that will improve as I progress not only because I will get conditioned but I will be using the proper muscles and not all of them to balance. Lol Can’t say enough about the quality. I researched other designs and knockoffs and they don’t come close. Boards are to small for a beginner, they don’t offer the inflated pads that not only offer more diverse workouts but are good for beginners, they don’t offer the slivers and half rollers that again are more diversity to your workout but great for beginners. Also the quality is not the same. I know it’s a slab of wood and you think you could make it at home, and if you are already skilled at this exercise maybe you could, but it takes time and wood isn’t cheap. And this is a good chunk of wood. Also finished with a rough surface on top. And the accessories are a huge benefit to add diversity and safety.
