ZERO stars
I am only giving one star because it will not let me give zero. This company is awful. I had a roundtrip flight cancelled in March 2020 for PHL-FRA. Spoke with someone each month from April-June about the refund, kept getting told it was being processed. Over the summer I spoke with the "supervisor" Everitt (spelling?) who said it would be taken care of that month. I also paid an additional $600 that I was to get back because the original card I booked on was no longer open. Spoke to someone in October 2020 who said the cancel was never processed correctly and she would submit it. I call at least monthly to check on the refund and either get told the airline is delayed, I need to call the airline personally, I need to check with my bank, or I just get "disconnected" multiple times...thank you Johnson, Haden, Rockav (spelling again?). Never the same answer, complete scam. Just today I was told still pending airline and supervisor Everitt will be calling me again - looking forward to it.
