Already redeemed code, nonexistent customer support
Ordered many times for psn cards. They gave me an already redeemed code and when that happens you are stuck with AI support that doesn't understand anything. I provided them with all the evidence they requested and pretty much proved the code was redeemed before they sent it to me. Since they keep giving AI replies and a human doesn't reply within a week they are now going to have to deal with my payment provider. I wouldn't be surprised if they reply to this below with another AI.
