Customer service sucks
I got my unit(portable A/C today. I had a question about the set up. I did the online thing not my favorite, and was told they were off line. I called the customer service number and was told by a computer that the wait was 6 minutes, sounds like computer, sure enough minutes later I hung up, tried again and wouldn't you guess 6 minutes question. Hung up 15 minutes later. If that's your customer service , you're irresponsible II will give 1 more chance. My # is 919-920-4797,
