They started off with great customer service when purchasing the shoes. However, since trying to return the shoes because they're to big has been terrible..I've sent 7 emails since last Friday and nothing. All I want is the okay( you have to get authorization)to return and what the address is in New york..Nothing from anyone. My first and last experience with this company. Sincerely, Susan
