Ive had an issue twice with my daughters flashforge, first time the clip that holds the ribbon in got damaged. These guys instantly sent out a new screen and ribbon. The second time, I caused damage to the motherboard by pulling the ribbon abit hard. They have instantly offered to send out a new motherboard. Their customer service is outstanding.
