Great customer service! I had an issue with a promo for my insurance renewal, and Niza not only listened to my predicament, she also ensured that the problem was solved to my satisfaction. I believe this was also possible with FWD’s support to their customers. I always had good experiences dealing with FWD and their customer service personnel!
