Very bad customer service after…
Very bad customer service after payments. I have purchased over 470$ value items and they missed two bushes when packing. I have paid big custom duties for the package and the duties have calculated including missing items. After clearance I asked fit in part to re send items with free of charge that bearing shipping and taxes by them. And ask direct shipment from vender or via them. They firstly lied that items are out of stocks and when I seeking there site items are available. then they said they have to contact the venders. And finally they have refunded only item cost and shipping cost without taxes that I have paid without asking by me. Poor customer service and not caring about their mistakes. Very bad
