Pollo.ai is incredibly frustrating to use. I can't tell you how many times the bot/ai/whatever has proven incapable of following a very simple, clear prompt. The amount of credits lost on failed AI generations add up quickly! I canceled my subscription. I've found another app that is producing much better results.
