Bad Delivery Service
Just read about another person (dated 14th Feb) who wrote the exact the same feedback which resonated my exact sentiments! I also encountered twice in a week that my parcels are dumped on my house gate pillar which is facing the public road where anyone who walked past my house could have easily access it. They should have rang the doorbell as there are people at home. The first delivery (for AGrader Learning Centre) was when it was drizzling. Exterior parcel was wet but luckily interior (homework printouts) was properly wrapped, I even sent a photo to their live chat to inform them, emphasizing I just want to feedback, not complaining. Today, my parcel (for Shopee) was left outside on the gate pillar again, without ringing the doorbell. By the time I read the Telegram notification, it was more than 2 hours later. Luckily, I was able to retrieve my parcel.
