Every time there is a rescheduling or cancellation of the flight, no information is conveyed to the customer by them and the airlines are unable to reach you, as the information updated to airlines sites is a dummy email ID and phone number from Happyeasygo. So unless you check on the airline site you will be uninformed about any changes. Moreover, their customer care is also no reachable and most people still havent got their refunds
