Zero Customer Service
The worst experience I've had trying to install an LED light bar on my Bronco. They shipped the light bar out without mounting brackets which came days later after I called about it. No wiring instructions for the harness and for almost 4 weeks now and numerous emails asking the same questions repeatedly I am still unable to get this done. Not only is their customer service super slow to respond but they actually have no idea what they sold and shipped me or how to install the light to the brackets or wire the harness to my vehicle. They are asking me for pictures of the wiring harness THEY sent me so they can figure it out. One word...wow. And don't get me started on their childish recording when you call and no one ever answers...we're kickin it outside work hours at 1pm and we'll hit you up?? Are you actually running a serious business...clearly not. I will never purchase anything from this place again.
