I have been a member for a long time with brief interruptions as the site doesn't work while one is on vacation abroad. That being said the site has improved tremendously in the last few years. No more limit on redemption. Redemption are pretty fast and when you have an issue customer service is very good. While there are still glitches time to time which is aggravating customer service is much better than before. I gave it four stars but really it could be a little higher but still room for a little improvement!
