No VAT invoice
They apparently 'pride themselves on good customer service' - what a joke!!! Although products and delivery were ok, I requested a VAT invoice for my purchase after not being sent one on the 13/04/21. It's now the 19/04/21 and I'm still waiting, after being fobbed off daily with 'it will be sent later'.. Tried calling multiple times but no-one answers the phone so the only way to actually speak to someone is on the live chat, who just tells you 'it will be sent later'. Wish I'd have read the other reviews on here first - if you're reading this, take mine & others advice and don't bother with them!!
