I would give this company zero stars if I could. I cannot believe how inaccurate their shoe size guide is, yet they still tried to hold me responsible for the return postage before agreeing to issue a refund. I ordered a size 5, but they sent a size 6. This was their mistake, not mine. Thankfully, after involving PayPal, I was eventually refunded. However, the entire process dragged on for nearly three weeks and dealing with Micas customer service was incredibly frustrating. At least three different customer service representatives contacted me by email, each asking for different information and seemingly failing to record or share my previous responses. I was asked to measure the shoes, measure my feet while wearing the shoes, and provide multiple photos. Even after sending everything requested, another staff member would contact me and ask the same questions all over again. They eventually started contacting me via WhatsApp requesting even more photos. The whole experience was exhausting and unnecessarily complicated. I'm just grateful I no longer have to deal with them. Buyer beware.
