Good luck returning your items. This is a Chinese based company and if you want to make a return good luck. You have to ship it back to China. But, first you have to email support to get the address. After having to explain why I want a return they provided me with two options. Ship it back within 30 days for a full refund "where it could get lost or damaged" or keep the items and they will refund me a small amount because of the long delays in shipping due to covid. The shipping address provided seems incomplete. I get the feeling the item WILL get "lost or damaged" in shipping. Shipping it back is costly, I assume they count on this. As for couch covers they are low quality, rough and scratchy to the touch and not worth the price.
