Great Customer Service
I spoke with sales rep Sydney and she worked with me and walked my order back for the APX P-40 Salt Cell to shipping personally so it would ship in time for UPS to pick it up that afternoon. I call that going the extra mile to help out a new customer and it is truly appreciated!!! I replaced my Pentair IC40 and it fit perfectly in the existing piping and plugged in directly to the Pentair power supply, it was extremely easy to adjust the settings. I researched this unit and it has higher chlorine output at the same percentage settings to the Pentair IC-40. It is also rated for the same length of longevity. Thanks, Steve
