High hassle returns and you pay postage to China!
The products I received did not match the quality I expected from the advertising and the fit was poor. The biggest issue was the returns process. Although the company advertises a “no hassle” return policy, I discovered that returns had to be shipped back to China at my own expense, which was costly and time-consuming. Additionally, it took several emails to BuddhastoneShop to obtain a return address. They kept offering a discount on the goods but I just wanted to return them and never shop from them again for clothes! I also feel the marketing gives the impression of an ethical/spiritual lifestyle brand, but customers should be aware that items may be manufactured and shipped internationally. I’m posting this simply so other customers can research carefully before ordering.
