Why am I putting a 4stars… it did not…
Why am I putting a 4stars… it did not work for me, could retrieve the files I wanted but it was fascinating to see that it did retrieve footages (that I was not looking for) which were erased longtime ago on my hardrive. The 4 stars is also because it said 100% refund if not satisfied, I got 60% refunds and they kindly offered to keep using their app. Thank you so much, still an amazing product with a good customer service.
