Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! If I could give no stars I would. I have placed 4 different orders from this company for my customers but each time the orders came in wrong colors or items! Truly unprofessional! When notifying them about the matter they deny these claims even when I've sent pictures! They are also rude about it. Terrible customer service! Reply: I submitted a ticket and you claimed that only the white color was wrong? This is going against what you just said. But actually more than one color is wrong, and it is quite visible in the pictures. I received these items before and they were correct except for one, the second time around all of them came wrong. Honestly if I could submit a picture here I would. It's not fair to the buyer who is paying for items and doesn't get what is described and on top of that is not compensated.
