Excellent service & products
Fortis provides integrated payment processing for a proprietary software we use, designed specifically for small art galleries/craft shops. Anytime we have needed customer service, for instance after a power outage, they have been immediately responsive. Today, I needed help with transferring my business ownership to a new owner who wished to keep the same service. Trent made the process so easy! While the LLC will change and a new bank account will be set up, the dba trade name is included with the purchase, and Trent understood exactly how to handle that to minimize any confusion with staff or with customers getting cc receipts. He took a major potential stressor off my list, was efficient, quick and extremely courteous. I highly recommend this company.
