South Korea KTX ticket experience with Rail Ninja
Update 04.10.25: After writing the review, I got contacted by a customer agent. This was a helpful exchange and we were granted a higher refund that was actually calculated based on the actual KTX ticket prices. Therefore, I adjust my rating. Nevertheless, it would have been nice to experience this service in the first place. *** Initial review September 25: Total rip off when you book tickets for KTX train in South Korea. We booked two first class tickets for KRW 300‘516. Same tickets cost KRW 166‘400 when you book through the official KORAIL website. On top of that, we were asked 3 times to change our connections. We endet up travelling economy class and got a refund. However, the refund was based on original prices and not the ones you pay when purchasing via Rail Ninja. Avoid this service when in South Korea!!!
