I am very disappointed with my experience using Raise. Despite being highly qualified for several roles I applied to, I wasn’t even given an opportunity to interview. The job descriptions matched my skills and experience perfectly, yet there was no feedback or consideration. What’s even more frustrating is that I missed one opportunity due to a family emergency—my mother was ill—and I was not given a second chance or even the courtesy of rescheduling. This lack of empathy and flexibility is disheartening, especially from a platform that claims to support job seekers. Overall, I felt undervalued and unsupported throughout the process. Raise needs to improve its communication and demonstrate more understanding for life’s unexpected circumstances if it wants to truly help candidates succeed.
