I do not recommend using this group
Most people will not see this, because they only post 4 & 5 star reviews on their site, just a another poor, dishonest business practice. Our mortgage banker, Coleman Bales is worthless, poor communication, doesn't answer emails or phone calls. I do not recommend using this group, communication is poor, they will not be honest with you. I co-signed a loan for my son and his wife and they drug it out and postponed closing 3 times. Finally asking for even more information on the last time than they did the first two times, knowing we would not be able close after this date. The request for additional information was made at 6:42 pm. I think it was done intentionally, they did not want to make this loan even with my guarantee with a credit score of about 750+. By dragging it out they effectively don't have to deny the loan. Maybe they're scared of being sued. Apply here at your own risk. All you have to lose is a month or more of your time and the home of your dreams.
