Acasis IGNORES warranty claims
Acasis IGNORES warranty claims! I bought an Acasis 40Gbps M.2 NVMe 4 Bay RAID SSD Enclosure Compatible with Thunderbolt 4/3. Acasis were very helpful over email during the purchase process, but as soon as the board arrived DEAD ON ARRIVAL, they started ignoring our emails. We've emailed them three times, and they simply ignore them - for 11 days now. Don't buy from this company. They do not stand behind their products. EDIT: They responded to my review, but still are ignoring my emails!
